PANTHER is a political thriller set against the explosive civil rights movement in Oakland, CA in 1968. Confronted by police brutality, FBI conspiracies and racist politics, a group of young black men from the community, calling themselves the Black Panther Party for Self Defense, take the law into their own hands and change the face of black America forever.
